Matcha Cheesecake with Matcha Glaçage and Pistachio







For a wonderful afternoon tea time or a fun party with friends over cosmopolitan.

Rich creamy cheesecake with a kick of matcha in between a salty base and sweet Matcha glaçage with salty pistachio topping.


Ingredients:

Base: Mulino Bianco Classic Gran Cereale Biscuits, Floralp butter.

Middle: Philadelphia cream cheese, full cream, bio eggs, sugar, matcha powder.

Top: coconut cream, sugar, matcha powder, pistachio.
