Perfect for a romantic date at home or to share with friends at brunch or dinner party.

Rich creamy cheesecake in between a salty base and sour - sweet topping.


Ingredients:

Base: Mulino Bianco Classic Gran Cereale Biscuits, Floralp butter.

Middle: Philadelphia cream cheese, bio sour cream, bio eggs, sugar, freshly pressed ginger juice, freshly pressed lemon juice.

Top: Bio sour cream
Blueberry Compote: fresh blueberry, sugar.
